The boys started off with various team work activities; where they learnt the importance of stopping, thinking, seeing what opportunities there were and then coming up with a plan. They all got involved when it came to preparing the pigeons, cooking and eating them and then it was on to making a bow each, before testing them out with some arrows.
Many thanks to Clive; from European bushcraft, who managed to link all of what we did to some very important life lessons. Also a big thanks to the mentors for helping and getting stuck in and to the weather for being kind to us today 🌤
